helping governments and non-governmental organizations create emergency management programs that fit their unique circumstances utilizing skills as an experienced Program Manager overseeing schools as part of a premiere law enforcement academy. Mr. Horner founded Bravo Maritime Group, Inc (BMG) in July 2006. Inside BMG Jack developed a proprietary risk assessment method and software, BMG CLEAR, that allows
organizations from 10 to 10,000 to analyze their risk to a variety of threats, prioritize options, and implement solutions before an issue becomes a crisis. Jack has also developed a personal safety system, BMG SAFE, that empowers everyday people to evade and escape danger using techniques they can employ with minimal training and no weapons. This system is equally effective for a college-student on campus, a first responder to an active-shooter, or a corporate executive traveling the globe. Jack has honed his expertise through years of real-world application and has trained more than 2,000 individuals in safety and
security principles. Jack holds an array of advanced certifications in safety, security, and emergency operations from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the U.S. Coast Guard, the Department of Defense, and
others.
